The short version

We never sell your information. We only share it with the service providers and partners needed to run our business, and we tell you which ones below.

Welcome to bearfishmedia.com (the "Site"). We understand that privacy online is important, especially when conducting business. This policy explains how we handle information for Visitors who browse the Site without transacting, and for Authorized Customers who register and make use of our lead generation and appointment-setting services (collectively, "Services").

Information we collect

It does not include information collected anonymously or demographic information that isn't tied to an identifiable person.

We collect basic profile information from all Visitors. From Authorized Customers, we additionally collect name, email address, phone number, physical address, and social media profile information where relevant to setting up your campaign.

Who collects it

Beyond our own collection, third-party service vendors we work with — such as payment processors, scheduling tools, and advertising platforms — may also collect information directly from Visitors and Authorized Customers. We don't control how these third parties use that information, but we require them to disclose their own data practices. Some are simply intermediaries in the delivery chain and don't store or retain any of it.

How we use it

We use Personally Identifiable Information to operate and customize the Site, build and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf, and fulfill the Services you've signed up for. How it's stored

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of information a website stores on your device, which your browser then sends back to that site on future visits. Access, correction & deletion

Because of backups and records retained for deletion tracking, it may not be possible to erase every trace of an entry immediately — but once you request deactivation, we stop using that information going forward and will not sell, transfer, or otherwise make use of it.
